Our donation form is optimized to encourage donors to cover fees, and 93% do—so nonprofits typically receive the full donation amount.

Because your mission should stay front and center. Tip prompts confuse donors and lead to chargebacks. Kindest uses a transparent platform fee — and with 93% of donors covering it, you pay just less than 0.6% of what you raise. Simple, clear, and mission-aligned.

Once your account is verified, donations are typically paid out weekly via Stripe. You can track payouts through the Transactions and Payout reports in your dashboard.

Subscriptions include access to premium fundraising tools, consulting hours (on Growth Plan), AI features, and priority support. Free users have access to core tools but limited support.

Yes, you can cancel through your account settings. If you need help, our team can assist and explore options before you finalize cancellation.

Free plan users receive email support. Paid subscribers receive expanded support via email, live chat, and screenshare when needed. Consulting clients have priority support through direct slack channels with their consultants.
